Spring green tea grown in Jiangxi province of China at 5000 feet elevation and ground to a fine powder.  It is amino acid and chlorophyll rich, and quite caffeinated, to keep you focused and alert, yet balanced with calm. Blended with eco-friendly sugar and Madagascar vanilla (all organic) for quick preparation of delicious drinks!

To make a cup of matcha, hot or cold:

1. Whisk matcha into an ounce of hot water, at the bottom of a glass.

2. Fill glass with cold or hot milk or water, juice or a smoothie.

3. Stir, and enjoy!
