Our Matcha is made using two-week-old, shade-grown leaves plucked from the tops of the tea bush. Once steamed and baked, the green tea leaves are stone-ground to make a fine, amino acid, chlorophyll rich powder. Packed with a slow release of energy, matcha will keep you focused, alert, and calm throughout your day.
We blend our matcha with raw sugar and pure Madagascar vanilla for added flavor.
To make a cup of matcha, hot or cold:
1. Whisk matcha into an ounce of hot water, at the bottom of a glass.
2. Fill glass with cold or hot milk or water, juice or a smoothie.
3. Stir, and enjoy!
